For school fundraising resources purchased by PTAs or schools, use is permitted within the purchasing organisation only. Redistribution outside the purchasing organisation is prohibited.

remain the intellectual property of The Joyful Juggle and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

5. Canva Templates

Some products are provided as editable Canva templates.

To use these templates:

  • You must have access to Canva.
  • Some features may require a Canva Pro subscription.
  • We are not responsible for changes made by Canva that affect template functionality after purchase.

6. Custom Design Services

Where custom design services are offered:

  • Work will commence only after agreement of project scope and payment terms.
  • Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving designs before final delivery.
  • Additional revisions beyond those agreed may incur additional fees.
  • The Joyful Juggle retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed.

If you experience a technical issue with your purchase, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the problem.
